Impressions upon learning about the internship 
The first impression was so strong that it simply turned into a desire to become part of the CRH team.

The first thing that impressed during the internship 
Attitude to Health & Safety; familiarisation with the key plants of the company and the scale of business in Ukraine and the world; winter repairs; the use of advanced technologies and equipment.

The Internship Programme in three adjectives and three nouns
I’ll reword into other parts of speech: a forge of talents, a ticket to life, a European approach.

Difficulties during the Programme
Adaptation in the team that was basically formed 5-10 years before our arrival.

What helped cope with the difficulties 
Family and colleagues who gladly and openly shared their experience and knowledge.

Delicacy can successfully be combined with stamina and moral endurance and moral firmness.
