Prior to joining CRH, following several roles in supply chain, he joined Lafarge in 2002, and works in Central-Eastern Europe since 2005, where he held several roles as Managing Director (Moldova, Hungary), and Sales Director (cluster Central Europe).

Yevhen Poluliekh has joined CRH Ukraine in May 2019.
Works in cement area since 2005. From January 2011 to April 2019 was working as a CEO in a big International Cement Company.
Got higher education in Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology, obtained specialist degree in “Chemical Technology of Refractory Nonmetallic and Silicate Materials”.
Also got MBA (Master Of Business Administration) in International Institute of Management (MIM-Kyiv).

Works in cement area since 2010. Since January 2012 till November 2019 has worked as gemeral manager of commercial department in "Cement" Ltd.
Got higher education in Odessa National Economic University obtained degree in Enterprise Economy.

Philipp Raich joined cement industry after graduating at Mining University in Leoben Austria. He started his career as Technical Sales Adviser in Perlmooser Zementwerke in Austria followed by first plant experience as Quality Manager in Mannersdorf cement plant. After Perlmooser Zementwerke being integrated into Lafarge, in 1999 he moved toCzech Republic, Cizkovice plant, first as Operations Manager and later as Plant Manager. In 2004 Philipp changed to Lafarge Becoin plant in Serbia as Plant Manager to start-up the modernized dry kiln line. In 2006 he returned to Mannersdorf plant for six years of plant management. In 2012 Philipp changed to Lafarge Vienna Technical Centre as Performance Manager for CECIS, later as Global Industrial Cost Director. In 2015-2016 he was engaged in merging the technical centers of Holcim and Lafarge working in Switzerland. In 2016 Philipp left LafargeHolcim towards Aalborg Portland in Denmark as Plant Manager.

Maryna Mukhodinova joined CRH Ukraine in 2013 as HR Director. Prior to joining CRH, she worked for a number of years as a lawyer and HR Director in large multinational company. Graduated as Lawyer from Kiev National Economic University, and holds an MBA from IMI-Kiev (International Management Institute)

Michal Burzynski joined CRH in 2003 and held number of positions, including financial controller of lime and aggregates business in Poland, CFO of Trzuskawica, MD in sand and gravel business, recently Deputy FD in CRH Ukraine.
Graduated in University of Economics in Krakow (Poland) , member of ACCA.

Miguel Machado joined CRH in 2012 as General Director of Odessa Cement. While at CRH, later on appointed Integration Manager of Mykolaiv Cement following its acquisition in September 2013. Chairman of the Association of Cement Producers of Ukraine (Ukrcement). Graduated in Industrial Engineering and Management in ISCTE (Lisbon), and holds a Post-Graduation in Corporate Finance and Management Control Systems in CEMAF (Lisbon).

Appointed to the current role: 16 December 2019.
Damien Lynch began his career at CRH in 2006 having graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Limerick (UL). Damien has worked in a variety of positions as Mechanical Engineer for Irish Cement, Project Manager for Podilsky Cement JSC and Operations Director for Cement LLC. He also holds an MBA from the University of Limerick (UL), a Mechanical Engineering Certificate from Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT) and a Health & Safety Certificate from University College Dublin (UCD). Appointed to the post of H&S Manager in June 2018. Since September 2018 till December 2019 he was combining this function with the one as General Director for Cement LLC.
Chairman of the Management Board (General Manager) JSC Podilsky Cement

Graduated as Civil Engineer from Cardiff University (Great Britain) and holds a Master in Business Administration (Warwick Business School).
Kevin joined CRH in 2004 and has worked in CRH Ukraine since 2009 joining the team as programme manager for the kiln 7 dry line project.
Following commissioning of the new line, was involved in the development of the engineering department within Podilsky Cement in line with the needs of the new equipment.
In 2015 Kevin moved to our Mykolaiv Cement plant, taking the position of General Director there.
At the end of 2018 he returned to Podilsky Cement in the position of General Director.
Commercial Director Cement CRH Ukraine
Appointed to the current role: 01 November 2019.
Andriy Zvirynsky joined CRH Ukraine at the beginning of 2015. Prior to joining CRH, he was Commercial Director of Mondi Packaging Ukraine – part of Mondi Group, one of biggest international packaging and paper producer. Graduated Master degree in Enterprise Economy.

Appointed to the current role: February 2018.
Graduated as Mechanical Engineer and holds a Master of Science from Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague / Czech Republic.
Aleksander Szyszko joined CRH in 2000 and has held a variety of roles in both CRH Poland and CRH Ukraine. He has broad-ranging experience of CRH’s businesses in concrete products, aggregates, walling products, logistics and transportation as well as top managerial positions in those businesses.
Prior to joining CRH, he worked for a number of years on top managerial positions in office equipment business.

Volodymyr Sharunov joined CRH in 2010 as an Operational Director (AGG). Prior to CRH , he has held a number of positions for Lafarge AGG Ukraine, including Manufacturing Director (2009 – May 2010), and as Chief of Manufacturing and Procurement department (2004 – 2009). Graduated as Process Design Engineer from National Aerospace University (KHAI).
